We strive to make your pet’s stay away from home as comfortable as possible. We will ask you to provide information about such things as your pet’s vaccinations, prior health problems or special needs. If your pet has a favorite toy or blanket, these may be left with your pet during his/her stay. Science Diet pet foods are fed unless your pet prefers or requires a special diet. If this is the case, you may bring your regular food.

If fleas or ticks are found, we will treat with medication for their removal. If circumstances change your pickup plans, please call prior to 8:00 am of the scheduled discharge day. After business hours, a message may be left on the answering machine. You may call anytime during business hours to check on the well-being of your pet.

If your pet should become ill or develop a problem requiring medication or treatment, we will attempt to contact you at the emergency contact phone number. If unforeseen problems arise and we are unable to contact you, we will provide appropriate medication or treatment. Additional expenses may be incurred during this treatment.

Distemper (DAPP for dogs, FVRCPC for cats), Rabies, Bordetella/Kennel Cough (Dogs only), and fecal parasite exam must be current at the time of boarding. If not current or no records available, these will be given on admission. Other medical services can be provided at your request.

If your pet is currently on any medications, the provided medications will be administered as prescribed at a charge of $3.00 per treatment.

Please don’t hesitate to call with questions!
